Patients’ satisfaction rates

Based on information from the Health Insurance Agency, which was shared with the management of  Ophthalmos, the clinic achieved high patient satisfaction rates during the period 24/04/23 – 31/12/23. According to the ΟΑY data, patients who had surgery at our clinic graded our services with 9.4/10. In addition, new data from OAY indicated that patients who had an operation at our clinic between 01/01/24 – 30/04/24 graded our services with 9.9/10. Specifically, our clinic received a 9.5/10 rating for its state-of-the-art ophthalmic surgical facilities.

In addition, we have the most advanced diagnostic equipment in our country, such as the “Optos Silverstone” which allows a faster and less painful eye examination for patients, which strengthen our clinic as a pioneer in ophthalmological services.
